This proverb is suitable to some of the countries which are being ruined by its own people.Take Sri Lanka... ,due to unsolved ethnic problem every day innocent people getting killed by army or Ltte . Ltte say they are fighting for separate land in the north and eastern province as they are being victimized by the rulers who are in majority.for the past 20 years they have been fighting with rulers and the loses of human life unaccoutable.Some shited to india for safty of their livies the beautiful country's wealth is spent on guns and ammunition.
People suffer a lot without proper jobs .the prosperity of that country is totally ruined.
It appears that nobody bothers.The rulers get changed every 5 years but solving the problem is not properly
attended to .why this problem is not solved?
If this problem had been solved a few years back this country would not have faced so much hardship now it has been facing. Atleast now some come forward to take this burning issue to U.N.O to save killing of the innocent peple.

The distruptions like these ar generally the handiwork of people who want to disrtupt the normalcy in a country and hinder its progress. Its sad state of affairs. Same situation we are also facing in Jammu and Kashmir and East Indian borders. I feel if the country has better infrastructure and jobs may be the youth will not get lured so easily in to militancy.I wish we could create more jobs for unemployed and send every kid to schiool may be then it wont be so easy to lure them in the world of voilence.
