Hi Pinay, no butter, no chocolate, no palm oils, no potato chips, NO FRIED FOOD, no oil on the noodles, no fatty pork, no fast food.. I think you said you like pork there in PI... all that fat wants to come out of your face, then you have to cleanse the pores to. Get som good cleanser for the face, her ethey say Cold Cream at night for the ladies. And eat or drink Barley or barley soup/water, good for skin.... by Pinay have a nice evening.

Hi girl, I see we have a same problem. I don't know what is the humidity there in Philipines, but it can have much to do with your pimples. My skin was so nice before I come to usa and now it is just terrible again. I don't really have help for you since I use so many things and they would always come back. My fiancee is telling me I should avoid to eat chocolate and spicy food.(but how if I love it so much) But I hear about vitamin E. Not to eat it , but make he oil on your skin. Didn't try it yet, but i think i will soon.

The Ophrah Winfrey Show has recommended some natural remedies- 100 per cent pure tea–tree oil not only flattens pimples, but also reduces redness. Calamine lotion dries out the pimple and makes it smaller. Wipe out blackheads by exfoliating with cornmeal Remember, though, that while these natural remedies are potentially helpful in fighting breakouts, you should always consult your own dermatologist. The Ezine articles are giving out help for pesky pimple problems: http://ezinearticles.com/?Help-For-Pesky-Pimple-Problems&id=505290 Use only products that have natural ingredients or try to use fewer products to allow your skin to heal naturally. If you're going to buy acne products, it's much more worth your while to buy acne-treating products that work against current pimples and prevent the occurrence of new ones. Some natural home remedies include dabbing on non-gel toothpaste or lemon juice to dry out zits. Remember, that even the most gentle and natural products you might use to clean your face can leave your skin a bit dry; use coconut oil as an excellent way to re-hydrate the skin after using any acne commercial or natural cleanser. If you wear make-up choose it carefully; it should be oil free. Drinking lots of pure, filtered water may be one of the most important things you can do for your acne, working from the inside out. You want to avoid squeezing, pinching, picking or popping your pimples because it can cause scars or leave dark spots on your skin. Make sure to stay out of the sun if you're taking any acne medications. Coconut oil is very inexpensive; it's a good, cheap, natural home remedy. Good nutrition will help your skin from the inside out. Get plenty of sunshine on your arms and legs; sunshine triggers the production of Vitamin D3 which is essential to having healthy skin. Eat high-fiber snacks like raw nuts, raw seeds, fresh or dried fruit, such as dates, and figs. Eat foods that contain essential fatty acids. Don't give up - try everything you can until you get relief from your acne. Be assured, scientists are constantly looking at new non-invasive ways to treat acne. With cheap, safe, simple, natural, effective, alternative home treatments for acne and pimples, your skin should be well on its way to recovery.

Before this, I also having the same problem like yours and I really understand your situation. It is really horrible things when you are standing in front of people or at public occasion. I think, I know how to solve your problem. You do not need to buy expensive facial foam because it is does not give you any confirmation that it is suitable with your skin. Before I used 'Taharah' I got embarrassing face and it is make me looked ugly. With 'Taharah' your pimples will not come again, your face will not oily as now, it does not give you any scar and it is have many uses. You need to try it by yourself. I really sure you will satisfied with it. It's price also reasonable. you will not have any problem to have it. Hope you will try it soon and enjoy with your new face:-) **prettyhanan**

why dont you visit a dermatolgist? dra. ramiscal in greenhills is a good one. use non comedogenic products for your face. drink lots of water everyday and use sunblock in the morning. your face may be oily but you have to keep it moisturized so your face will not keep on producing oil. use oil blotters to control shine
