Hello there. Sorry for my ignorance but may I know what is eggnog cookies? I am not sure if that is a 'happy food'. But I know Chocolates are definitely 'happy food'. It has been scientifically proven that eating chocolates helps to produce 'Endorphin' which makes us feel good. =D

eggnog cookies are made mostly from eggs. i guess u don't have it there. they're very soft and taste sweet, even come in chocolate flavor. =D chocolates definitely take the cake on that part. hehe but they are also fattening. huhu too much calories. but eating alot would be great. hehe

hi.. i considered chocolates as happy food...studies has shown that eating chocolates increases the serotonin in the brain which is the neurochemical that increases our feeling of happiness... chocolates help women particularly when they have their period and it is not an exaggeration that women tend to eat chocolates when they have problems, which we often see in movies. i for one have a several bars of chocolates in my room for such occasion...LOL... do you like chocolates, too?
