me i like also frenck fries, mashed potato dipped in the egg,bread crumbs and cook it in olive oil,another one is potato chips.

french fries are the most fun way of eating potatoes along with potato chips. i agree that potatoes should be cooked with olive oil or other healthy kinds of oil- canola, corn, etc.

sorry but as far as potato chips go. They have to be baked.

i love both but i love hash brown more... especially with sour cream and onions dip.... yummy...getting hungry here... LOL...

I honestly can resist a nice big baked potato. Butter, sour cream, sharp cheddar, and bacon bits. How can you resist that creamy goodness.
