Ok can a Credit card company turn you over to a collects if you are attempting to make a small payment even if it not your min. amount???

as long as you are paying them something you will be fine and it can not go against you on your credit report.you are making a attempt to pay them something even if it is only a few dollars.

Well as you know I'm not in the US so things might be different there but years ago I was in a similar situation and the company took me to court for defaulting on the credit agreement. They lost because I was paying even though it was just a really small amount every month - way below the minimum payment. At least it showed I was willing and trying to pay back the debt owed. I imagine it will be the same sort of thing in the US too. Credit Card companies are the worst - they really, really hound you for the money and do everything they can to try to frighten you into finding the money somehow. Don't let them get to you. As long as you are paying something it should be ok.

Thanks very much i am paying i have make two small payments this month and i will continue until i can pay more I think that one reason i have been so stressed out is of the hassleing calls and im trying i really am !! They are rude to me when i do talk to them ugh i hate it but they call ever day all day it seems like so annoying i put a block on my phone LOL
