which was really scary and what bothers me the most is that it felt so real. I was in a backyard, not my backyard because it didn't look the same, although there was a fence and a garage. There were lots of tree's around because I could see the tops of them as I was looking upward towards the sky. Very similiar to my yard but yet it wasn't......Although I didn't see them, I knew there was other people around... The reason I was looking up is that there were six big grey planes, and one which was red and grey (?), I think, I just know it was different. They were all in succession following each other and flying in formation. All of a sudden, one separated from the bunch and flew directly over my head......and dropped a bomb. It was just horrible. I saw the bomb coming down and I remember in my dream, trying to direct it in another direction (funny how the mind works even when you're dreaming), but straight down it came, and then it hit. I remember standing there waiting for the impact, some noise, just anything, but all I heard was quiet for 5 seconds it seemed. I looked around and saw the tree's, the garage, the fence, and then I saw all the people, whom I didn't recognize at all. Everyone started talking at once, and had that strange look on their faces of bewilderment, wondering what just happened. We all saw the bomb come straight down at us, getting bigger and bigger, and hit. (Most horrific feeling I've ever had in my life, especially in a dream). It dawned on us all of a sudden. We were actually all dead and only in spirit form. I can't explain what the feeling was but I knew this is what had happened. We were just lost on what to do and where to go for a few minutes, just talking with each other...... That's when I woke up. Now, I don't know if this is in relation to seeing some discussions on Mylot about 9/11/2001 or what....but it's really constantly in my mind right now, and bothers me, so I thought I'd write about it on Mylot and see what everyone else thinks. There are only certain dreams that I actually remember, and this one is as clear as day......Thank you for any thoughts.

I wish I could have been a dream psychologist, because I love dreams and their hidden meanings. I've bought books on deciphering dreams, but It's all too complicated. They have a dictionary about what different things mean, but they have so many meanings for one thing, it's just confusing. And who's to say that your subconsious is going to abide by those constraints!! I think you have to know the person and what's going on in their lives to really be able to decipher the hidden meanings of their dreams. I think that would be neat. I'd love to just be able to decipher my own!! Sorry your dream was so scary, hope it wasn't a premonition!

You know what, I think what I'm really scared about is that it might just be premonition...that's the freaky part...I've had them before. Not many by no means. This was one of those really weird dreams, if you know what I'm talking about. The kind where you SWEAR it was real and it REALLY happened. I don't get those too often. A nightmare is a nightmare and you kind of blow them off. This wasn't a nightmare like those kind, this one was just plain eerie and I am really spooked by it. Thanks so much for responding to this, I wish you were a dream psychologist too, lol!

And usually they have a surreal, 'dream' quality to them. Did this not have that and seemed more real-to-life?

Well if that isnt a scary dream I dont know what is. I never ever had a dream like that. They say if your flying in a dream and you hit the ground you will die. I dont know how true that is but when I dream Im flying I never hit the ground or land.LOL Your dream may have something to do with something you watched on tv recently. But its still a very strange dream.

Yeh, it was very scary and still gives me the heebie jeebies..... I know what you're talking about as far as flying and if you hit ground...kind of like when you're falling, you always wake up before hitting. Never watch any type of movies or programs that deal with that sort of thing..ever. I hate war movies, or espionage movies, stuff like that, so I just can't imagine. The only difference with this dream is that it hit me, there was no where for me to go at all....terrible, ugh!
