Halo 2 to Halo 3 comparison?

I am getting an xbox 360 and halo 3 soon and i want to know if it is really that much better than halo 2?
I had a xbox and halo 2 and it was awesome. The multiplayer was so much fun.
So can you compare theses to games for me

Halo 3 is definitely better than Halo 2. Like everyone here has been saying, the new weapons, vehicles, and maps are way cooler. I have to admit, I like the graphics from Halo 3 a little better as well.

Of course Halo 3 is better than Halo 2 because Bungie, the creator of Halo , is being developing Halo as it is the best game of the world.
