Joel Osteens new book "Be a better You' has anyone read it yet ?

I just bought my copy yesterday and haven't had a chance to read it yet. I was so inspired with his "Your best life now" and how it changed the way I look at life and I hope this new one will change how I look at myself.
Has anyone read "Be a better you" and if so what do you think of it.
