Hello there. I am just wondering if you have cried listening to a song before. For me, I have. In fact, many times. One song that I feel particularly touched by is 'Love Me' by Colin Raye. I cried the first time I heard it when I was young. After so many years, I am still very touched by the song. Sometimes I will still cry. I think I am too emotional. The lyrics of the song 'Love Me' goes like this: I read a note my Grandma wrote back in 1923 Grandpa kept it in his coat and he showed it once to me He said "Boy, you might not understand but a long long time ago Grandma's daddy didn't like me none but I loved your Grandma so We had this crazy plan to meet and run away together Get married in the first town we came to and live forever But nailed to the tree where we were supposed to meet instead I found this letter and this is what it said Chorus: If you get there before I do don't give up on me I'll meet you when my chores are through I don't know how long I'll be But I'm not gonna let you down Darlin' wait and see And between now and then till I see you again I'll be loving you Love, Me I read those words just hours before my Grandma passed away In the doorway of a church where me and Grandpa stopped to pray I know I'd never seen him cry in all my fifteen years But as he said these words to her his eyes filled up with tears Chorus And between now and then till I see you again I'll be loving you Love, Me The reason why I love this song so much is because it is simple and yet very sweet. It really depicts the kind of love I am looking for.

Yes.. But I truly doubt you would know any of the songs. The songs they make me tear up easily are the songs that I easily relate to on a personal level. I have song lyrics tattooed on my wrist and they remind me of a friend who since passed away. Those songs always makes me tear up at certain times.

He was my best friend and he passed away 4 years ago. I've moved forward, but memories are always there. This is why those songs sometimes remind me of him and tear me up. It's natural and I don't worry about it.

that song is a good one, but one that makes me tear up all the time is "Breath of Heaven" and "More of Me and Less of You" both worship songs that tug at my heart strings cause they make me think of my life with God.

LOL. I am someone who craves for everlasting romance too. I still crave for the 'Happily ever after' ending in fairy tales though it may seem unrealistic. =P Songs can touch us. They can also heal us. =D

The song that makes me cry more often, and also my favourite song, is Gloria Gaynor's song "I will survive". It's a strange mix: I feel the need of dancing and, at the same time, of crying. I think the words of this song are marvellous and concern everybody.

Hi poohgal.Yes there is a song that everytime it comes on i cry because i can relate to it from a time in my life,i cannot remember the group but "THERES A MESSAGE ON THE WIRE AND IM SENDING YOU THIS SIGNAL TONIGHT,IN YOUR WORLD I HAVE NO MEANING AND IM READY TO GIVE UP THIS FIGHT,I AINT MISSING YOU AT ALL,SINCE YOUVE BEEN GONE...AWAY".It still hits a core in my heart from when a guy broke up with me for no reason and tried to get back later. Yes. Same here. Certain songs remind me of certain people. If I have bad memories attached to the song, I'll usually try to avoid that song. =D

Yup, happened so many times. Particularly those times that I was broken hearted. I remember crying also when I was singing a very heartful song in a church. Could not keep the emotion.

I also try to avoid songs that remind me of painful memories. If I am listening to radio, I'll switch station whenever they play a song which reminds me of people whom I do not wish to think of. They are usually people who has hurt me deeply before. =( I hope you will never get to hear that song again.

'Daodai' was very popular during my first breakup 2 plus years ago. It also sang out how I feel about the relationship. =( We should listen more to happy songs that bring us happy memories. =D

Yes, I experienced to it before. That is when I listened to the song called You are always on my mind. That is a sad song for me because it's a theme song with my ex-boyfriend. When I listened to this special song, I couldn't help but thinking about the past and it made me sad.

I think if you are broken hearted then any music that will capture your heart will absolutely make you cry. As for my experienced I cried for the song " Art of Letting Go" by Mikaila, Moon River by Frank Sinatra and "Are you the one" i just forgot the singer. Sometimes we have to accept the fact that we have to feel the pain and cry so that we would appreciate the times that we were happy, after all life is not always painful and sad.

Yes. Indeed you will. You are so young. If I am right, your nick tells me you are born in 1986. You are still so young. I have also suffered from heartbreaks before. I cried a lot too. Now, i realize that they are not worth my tears and only Myself can make Myself happy if I choose to. Cheer up Tintin, I am sure you can move on very quickly and lead a happy life!
