My daughter HATES green beans and won't eat the famous casserole, and I detest sweet potatoes, anybody got a tasty side dish idea? HELP

Well, would your daughter eat green peas? Hot with butter, they are real good.
And for you....why do you HAVE to have sweet potatoes? Just have mashed potatoes with gravy.
