Hello my fellow mylotters!!! have you ever experienced shopping and if paying in cash, the change that you receive from the clerk is not the exact amount, therefore you are shortchanged by about 25 to 50 cents? this is the practice in some business establishments here in the city where I live. Do you think we citizens here should take action against this?
