This serves as satisfaction survey to all clients around the world!I work with a field where customer servcie is a Big Deal! giving a client with a nightmare over the phone will lead to an employee's dissmissal from the company. Thus, client's satisfaction will bring you to promotion. As a client/ customer, can you share you best and worst customer service you ever had over the phone? With what company? Have you ever done commendations for a call center agent who helped you with your account?

Herein india best customer service with phone is reliance s' customer services . Worst one is from bsnl broadband customer service one. Each and every time we cannot call to jto's to put right our prolem . Lots of times complained with authorities about 18oo-424-1600 no reply.

well i m wrking in customer service field only.i m a manager.i started as an executive.i had faced lot many problems of this kind in my profession.there had been lot many eaclations which i had resolved.i m wrking ofr off shore clients.so many times even i have heard lot of stupid things from the clients as well.they r sometimes just stubborn n dont reply properly.since m in customer service i know how to handle other custoer service executives.once i had a problem in a bank where i had been writing mails after mails to get the problem fixed.however they were not responding back to me.finally after a week i just called them n escalated the matter to the higest level n bcoz of which they als had to appologize to me n also compensated fro my loss

this happened to me as well... there are times that we need to accept that agents refuse to handle the call.... however it is still our responsibilty to address every customer's concern to their satisfaction.

Hi asolero, im very disappointed with my customer care.two complaints they cant rectify. One is certain amount of talktime they took away as a monthly rental.when this taken i called to them,they replied that i had activated some yahoo subscribe.i know that didnt subscribe that. Second is last week i did topup coupon and tried to recharge it.but its reply was invalid voucher.then i called them several times.this time they cant rectify it. So i took a decision that im going to throw away this sim card,when next recharge comes.

try to talk to second level support (the supervisor)... sometimes, it is better to talk to them since the have been into business for quite sometime.. they already know the in and outs of their business... everyone i'm sure is very much willing to help you out, it's just a matter of product knowledge.

Wow, you are from a customer support department? well, i am not actually a frequent caller for service but sometimes there are cases when agents are some kind of annoyed when they received calls. Did that same thing happened to you?
