Now that's a pretty gross story. He should be put away for longer than 10 yrs. and sent back to his homeland. Don't give him another chance to repeat this offense. Thinking about the situation and the family members of the deceased, I hope they nail him. If it happened to one of my family members, I'd file a lawsuit and hopefully he'd never be free again. There is no reasonable explanation for degrading a deceased person. I'm so sorry for the family.

He will be punished. He lost 2 jobs so that's a start. He'll be out running around doing the same thing in less than 10 yrs. He's the kind that would get an early release for good behavior so he can reoffend.

People who do that have obvious mental problems. They get no thrill from live people. In some states there are laws regarding the treatment of a corpse in which he could go to jail.

Goodness... Some sick and disgusting stuff. Its horrible and so much has to be sorted out. The family has to live with this disgrace and the perp has some sort of screwloose that will take maybe years or decades to correct, or never. I have to come back to the family, I can't imagine how it is for them...

The article says up to 10 years in prison. As for the act, yeah, that's pretty gross. The guy is probably mentally unwell to do somthing like that.

That is really a gravely disturbing act. People who does those things have a little mental disorder. They just can't fight the urge to do those things to a corpse. That man should be treated as soon as possible.
