Update on My BF's problem

Hi, I am back after long days. All these days I am trying to cope up with the problem of my BF. There is as such no improvement. He is on diaper some night and on rubber cloth some nights. But he is still wetting almost every night and that too 2 times at least. Now he tells that he is not worth of any underwear when he sleeps or any drawer. He has started sleeping naked if not wearing diapers. Diapers also not giving enough as it overflows. Can this bed wetting be due to over anxiousness that he thinks he will wet? We have consulted several doc but nobody could find any physical problem. Is it also shameful to sleep naked?
