now, people usually don't spare time to do exercise, just because that they are so busy ,there is really little chance for them to do it.but now, i want to introduce to you a most time-saving way to keep fit. that is keep walking as quickily as possible for twenty minutes once in a week and do some lifting and strecthing movement every other two days for about ten minutes. there is nothing more important than your health, friends! wish all of you healthy!

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit. I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.

Your system sounds like a good one and I agree that simple, consistent forms of exercise are way healthier than stopping and starting. My program is like yours I think it it is a good idea to combine stretching with some aerobic activity like swift walking. Keeping muscles strong through strength training is a wonderful combination. I like to do yoga, Pilates and general stretching and have a mini gym at home that has weights, a universal system, free weights and a stationery bike and there is no excuse NOT to do it...although I do find some! (laugh) However I feel so much better when I do keep in shape that even when I don't always keep it up I eventually return to it when my body lets me know that it needs more than I am giving it. Another thing that keeps me motivated in my walking program is using a pedometer so that I can strive to reach those famous 10,000 steps that are recommended every day. Raia

i have to admit that you really love your body, and your system is excellent, especially that you use a pedometer to motivate yourself .i also want to ask if you listen to some music when doing exercise, because every time i play some music i begin to move my body unconciously .that is really a good way to motivate me. wish you always have a sound body!
