Hi yes i have this problem with pants, jeans in particular.I am 5 foot 3inches,105 lbs and have a 34 inch waist. The jeans fit great except for the waist.I have such a hard time finding jeans that are not to big for my waist, their always too big and leave a big pouch or bubble in the back. After trying probably 8-10 pairs of jeans i finally find a pair that fits, haha.I fidn alot i love but doesnt fit, bummer.:( Peanutjar:)

I don't neccessarily have a hard time finding my size, but I do have a hard time finding clothes that fit the way I like sometimes. I don't like short shirts because I like to hide my fat belly. It seems even the bigger shirts are getting shorter and shorter lately. I also don't like the arms to creep up into my pits (sorry for being graphic). It seems like no shirts now days have a real sleeve on them designed to provide any moving room.

I'm only 173cms but it is still tall. When I was just grown up I was wearing lots of trousers/pants. I basically had to make all my own clothes in order to get clothes long enough in the leg. Skirts too that were mini or maxi were always the wrong length for me. Things improved with the addition of longer and shorter pant lent\gths for taller and shorter women. But things have regressed and once aagin, pants are too short for we tall gals...tops too. A longer top is more flattering to bigger older woment than the cropped, shorty or midriff top but these are so hard to find...if you do find them they are boring unflattering colours and styles. Underwear too is sad and depressing. Why do the manufacturers assume that taller bigger women don't wear underwear or don't want a good fit or lovely scolours and sexy styles. The majority of women these days, according to statistics are large but the majority o clothing is still in mid to small sizes. It's just plain stoopid.

We have large stores where all sizes are available and the sizes of readymade dresses suit me, my son. My wife wears sarees and and she stitches her own blouse and and other dress material. If your dress is not in the size required, if it is branded, you can make a request and they supply, even if it is one or two pieces. They only take some time. My uncle had the problem for shoes, no shoe would fit, then we informed the company aout the size and in 15 days they sent the correct size shoes. They did not charge extra money, as a part of customer service.

Good morning, dear laurentyul. I am sorry that you find it difficult to get your size when you buy garments. I am happy that I can always have my size when I go to a garment shop as my height is average in my country. I think that you could have your clothes made by some good tailors so that they would fit you well based on your measurement. Thanks and have a good day.

I have a hard time for all of us to find clothes that fit us. One because a 5 for one company may be different for another company. The sizes are not all the same. Also because of body types. My daughter and I are very long limbed so many articles that fit in the waste or chest won't fit in the arms or legs. My sons however are shorter and have the problem that if it fits in the waist it is too long in the leg.

I am a quite tall Asian woman, for 1,70m, so when I was stil living in Asia, sometime it was hard for me to find clothes that have my size. But now, in Europe, I don't really have any problem with it. I even have few store that really sell big size which are match with me.
