Coping with stress at work.
November 9, 2007 12:05am CST
Almost everyday I work more than 8 hours in front of an office PC creating software/applications for our clients. I sit almost the whole day doing my job. My work is really stressful. Compounding to the stress at work, I still have more things to do at home or for someone else. Sometimes, having to work a lot makes me sick for more than two weeks (as of this writing, I am suffering from extreme coughing, colds and fever). How do you fight or cope with your own stress in your work or in anything that you do? A piece of advice is useful if it is not too much. Thank you very much and good to you, myLotizens!

hello bro.... i think i'm just as stressful as you are.... being the eldest in th family :-) but i don't mind, i just try to find a way of enjoying this state in life.. or even pray for that joy in this heart knowing that somehow everything has a reason /purpose.... i think i learned that from my sister... esp. when our family went into some stressful times..... and my sister would just simply text me ROMANS 8:28 :-)

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." The Romans 8:28 King James Version Thank you too, sis for having me recall this verse too. Yeah... Everything has a purpose. And I hope all the sacrifices that I have made and have to make, shall have a purpose too (provided they are bounded by the laws, commandments and will of the Lord). Anyway, I do appreciate your postings here. I'll cherish them like the Almond fruit I long to taste when the One who knows hand it over to me. Godwilling. You have a great day ahead, sis. :-)
