Is there a place to get airline tickets with a real student price?

I checked couple of websites they always have links for student discount, but when I go there and check the prices, they always said that they do not have availability for the dates I want...
Did you ever buy a ticket with a real student price? where?

I would find out the company names at the airport nearest you, and then call them and ask. A lot of times if you don't ask they won't tell as they don't want to be out any extra mail. I know most places if you show your student card they can get you a better deal.

When I was a college student, YES I used special card called as 'Student Fare Card' (SFC) for my flight traveling purposes. On application for that SFC, it took me for 3 months to be approved and any of my flight reservation, I have to confirm the flight date and ticket purchasing 3 month before the date of departure. And the flight fare was 1/3 of the normal adult ticket price.
