If you were a tree...

If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be and why. I think I am a bamboo tree. Do you know that a bamboo tree is a very strong kind of tree. all though it sways and looks like it will break during a storm or strong wind, it always, always can stand the test of time. even if you pull it from its roots, it will stubbornly grow back again. i think the only way you can kill it is by burning it. (I hope noone will get the idea to burn me!!!)

I guess if I were a tree, I'd be a coconut tree. This kind of tree is very versatile, you can build a house by using all of it's parts. From it's leaves and branches (for roof), as you can make floors, foundation and walls by using it's trunk. You can also eat it's fruits, you can drink it's juice as it also provides healthy benefits. There's no waste in using coconut tree, if you still remember the song whcih was sunged by Smokey Mountain about the coconut tree!LoL

Funny, since your profile states you're already 29 years old, which is a year older than me and yet you don't recall Smokey Mountain!LoL That could be understandable, maybe you're not much into music back then!;) I know that they are developing everything out from coconut, like these supplements called VCO (virgin coconut oil). Coconut tree is indeed referred to as, the world's TREE OF LIFE..

I think they're doing it in europe or something. just a little bit of trivia for you. i really believe that coconut trees are good though. every bit of it is useful. gud day

Nice posts and good explanations people! I'd like to be a bamboo tree primarily because of its resilience. one thing I noticed about bamboos was that they grow in clusters and never alone. Allegorically speaking, I'd like to have my loved ones close and as long as they're close the strong winds can blow as much as they want.
