Take 3: Pyewacket Does It Again: Another Laugh At Myself

Okay folks. I did another attempt with SingSnap. I only just became a Sarah Brighman fan not too long ago, love her voice, but many of her songs are way out of range or strength for me. But one song I love is her "Deliver Me"
Okay here's another take on myself signing..and with a bout of bronchitis yet..LOL...hey not bad actually.
I found a way to do a bit of "mixing" I have one browser open with the YouTube video of Sarah Brightman's singing the song, and the other browser open for the SingSnap where I'm signing. It took a bit to get things in synch but managed.
So ladies and gentlemen, here is Pyewacket singing Sarah Brightman's "Deliver Me" And with a bout of bronchitis at that, so my breath control ain't too keen..LOL--oh kind of like the applause at the end..hehheee
To make this a discussion..do any of you like to sing and would any of you like to sing over at SingSnap? I know a few of you folks do already, but hey how about the rest of you guys??

I can say that you sound good, but I would sing something easier if I were you. You took very difficult part and I am glad not to see you on Americal Idol, but it is very good try...he, he....

Oh, I got so excited I almost forgot the main thing... you sounded great! I often couldn't tell the difference between your voice and the one you were singing along with. You have a lovely voice!

Well first you join up with SingSnap

It's like a karoake thing, and they do have tons of songs for the pickings to choose from. It provides you with the music part and gives the words of the song, and your part is to sing it. But someone there told me how to "over-ride" the system a bit.
When recording you put the music volume down and the record volume on midway to high, if you want to use a YouTube video of the song then can sing in synch with the real singer singing it...but it does take a bit of doing to get both synchronized. You do need two browsers open at the same time, so I had my Safari browser open to the YouTube and my Firefox at SnapSing
Oh and thanks..so can we hear you sing???? PRetty Please??

I was just not able to listen to it. Yesterday I was at work and I don't use my speakers. You sound pretty good - bronchitis and all!!!

Geez...first time for me to hear a black cat singing, lol. Hi and hello, how are you??? Bunny miss you so much. Bunny may be good in hopping around but she sings terribly. Have a lousy voice but an expert in eating carrots, lol! Hugs and kisses =)

Yeeeeepp, I'm very real and not just your friendly bunny ghost, lol! I just thought of hopping around and see how you are doing. Like what I told you in PM, partaking in forum is very new to me once again. I should exercised my limbs more to get the feel of mylotting again. =)

I had never heard that song before. I had heard good things about Sarah Brightman, but I had never even heard a song from her on the radio. You did good! But my favorite remains the first song you did on SingSnap.
I'd actually like to try it for fun, but I don't think I have the equipment for it. Besides all that, if I DID have the equipment, my voice might break it!

Oh, you mean Clocks? That was my first one. I don't have "real" equipment either. Some of the singsnap folks have all this sophisticated sound system so they can sound SO great. My mic and webcam is built into my monitor but one day would like to get an external mic

-long and loud applause- Love your voice, pyewacket. I loved the song as well and found myself singing along after awhile. How did you ever manage to record thru the whole song w/o coughing is beyond me. lol When I had bronchitis, I couldn't sing worth crap w/o going into a fit of coughing thruout the song. And NO I won't sing over at SingSnap or anywhere else. lol I think, and have been told by others, that I have a good singing voice but you will never catch me on stage.

Good job pye! I don't know if I could sing knowing other people are going to hear me lol. It's one thing to sing in the shower, but another to sing where people can actually hear you.

Hi pyewacket! Is that you really singing? That is good! you have such a sweet voice. I think with my voice, whether with bronchitis or not, it will always sound like a croaking frog! haha.. I am not putting down myself or what, I am just being honest and being accepting of the fact that I can't sing even though I love to sing. haha.. Take care and have a nice day.

Hi pyewacket.You have bronchitis?I found it was very good!!Im so shy for something like this.I have a kareokee machine here and am shy if its just me tinkering around with it singing,hahaha!I would love to try it,but my nerves cut my voice like a frog being choked,hehehe.Just call me squeeky choker.Maybe i will practice alot here and then try it at singsnap,hehe,before i make my public debut.

Very innovative...it is a lovely song I can see why you like it. You are lucky to have a good voice for the high notes. I can't carry a tune with the aid of a bucket. Sounds good maybe you should do requests...:}

That was great, pyewacket! Your choice of song was excellent. I have some knowledge of Sarah Brightman and she is a wonderful singer. As for your question, I have not built up enough nerve to actually record my singing voice so far. Maybe one day soon.[smile]
