What is your favorite dish to cook? I don't know if I can pick just one. I love to make grilled chicken tacos, meatloaf, lasagna, chili, spaghetti. All of these are homemade, of course. I never use premade boxes or spice packets when I'm cooking these things.

One of my favorite dish to cook is spaghetti with tomato sauce. My family loves eating spaghetti so much that no holidays or birthday parties are complete without me cooking it. Another family favorite i always cook is adobo, a popularly common dish here in the Philippines. It's typically made from pork or chicken slowly cooked in vinegar, soy sauce, bayleaf, crushed garlic and peppercorns. Yummy! I think, i know what to cook for tonight's dinner... adobo! :P

I love making bread, all kinds of breads. I also like making lasagna and curry chicken. Lasagna is so much fun to make, you can make beef , vegetarian or chicken either one is really good. Curry chicken is on of my favorite I like using madras curry or caribbean curry, I usually add a small bit of ginger and coconut milk....very delicous.

I love to cook lasagna and spaghetti. I have to buy the noodles though and I use Hunts Tomato sauce for both. The regular one for the lasagna, plus two percent cottage cheese and slice my own mozzarella. I sometimes mix lean ground round with the tomato sauce and it can be any kind, but I use the very hot spaghetti sauce for macaroni. If I have meatballs, I make my own. I would like to make chili but my husband prefers the one that comes in the can, so that is out.

I enjoy cooking peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. I prefer grape jelly, but I like either crunchy or smooth peanut butter. I take great pains to prepare the sandwhich 'just so'. When making these sandwhiches, I do use premade ingredients -- bread, peanut butter and jelly. I do not make these from scratch.
