It usually only takes me a couple of days to finish a book once I start reading. So I would guess that I read about a book a week, since I'm not always reading. When I was young, I walked around with a book in my hand all the time, and I would read a book every day or two. I'm a nerd, that's all.

I was talking about the average time. On average, I read about one book every week now. So, 52 books a year or so. When I was younger, I read one book every day or two. So, hundreds of books a year.

I can finish a book in three to four days. I read deathly hollows in two days flat. If its intersting I have a hard time shutting close the book. I love reading and usually read three to four in a week. Then take a break and then again make a go for it.

Before I had my computer and certainly had internet installed I read every day! I got through so many books, I borrowed them from the library, books are very expensive to buy in my country, or I would buy them from charity shops to help them. Now the only time I read a book is when I am on the train or on holiday, lazing on the beach, it is very rare I read now, which is a shame, I guess the computer has taken over from my books. I should read more I know, the computer has made me lazy.

I learnt that if a book is much more interesting, then the reader does not stop his or her reading unless or un till he does not finish the book. Interesting book grips its readier and the reader keeps continue the reading. I usually try to start the reading of a book. But could not finish it and use to become busy in other jobs. I am working on multi dimensions of my busy life. Book reading requires full attention, and this I could not afford. However I had studied lot of my books in my past. Fiction and poetry was my main subject. And now I use to write the poetry. But can not get the publisher, so as I should print it.

If it is between 100 to 150 pages, I need about 1 week to complete the book. there are some books which runs into 250 to 300 pages, then I need one month to complete. If the novel is really good, I then read it twice.

It rally varies for me,sometimes i take an year where as other times i take less than a week.infact i like losing continuity while reading so while i start reading i see that i finish the book in minimum possible time.keeping this mind i start general reading only when i have free time, other wise i am quite sure that i would be leaving that book half read.

I read about a book and a half per week. I use the downtime in my at home call center job to read. It makes the time go faster, and I really enjoy reading. When I was a kid I read non stop. The amount of books we have in our house is ridiculous, but I get attached to them and can't get rid of them, even the ones I have no intention of reading. The best thing is that my oldest and I swap books and then talk about them.

I think I finish 3 to 4 books a month on average. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I am avid reader and always have a book with me. When my books run out, I will go to the library to replenish my supply.

For these several years, I have read less books than before on average. Now, when I pick one book, I will look through it within hours. If they really attract me, I will read them carefully. so, the later reading time is much longer. Maybe a month is not enough for me to finish it.

For 200 pages, two hours or less. Usually less. 300, 400 will usually only take me three-four hours. Depending if I'm multitasking or not. If the pages go above 400, then it might take me an extra day. I'm a book-freak though, so..lol.
