Actually this is the case with me. Whenever I sleep or just lie down so many tensions, nightmares grab me. I feel scared. But just after i get up from bed about 50% of the pressure eases out. Is it the case with most of you? Or I think I am the rare one.

Not really disappear, so same like you, maybe the fear reduce to 50% only LOL, so you are not the rare one.

I try to get up but sometimes after the nightmare I feel very numb and can't move? I don't know if that is whatever has happened to you but that has happened to me. I think nightmares come from our innermost fears or accute stress. What do you think?

If I have a nightmare, I would have woken up in panic and my heart pumping fast. Hence, I am bound to remember what happened. In my opinion, I would think the nightmare is but a bad dream if you wake up many hours after it. If you choose to believe it, nightmares could be messages for you - that is, if you choose to pay attention to it.

Well, for me,it does not dissappear always.Sometimes I remember but I can't express it clearly. Most of the time I remember and say to my family.

Ofcourse, they will disappear the moment I open my eyes. Even if I remember them thoroughly, I just discard them and go about my work. Nightmares have never scared Or disturbed me while I'm in the conscious state of mind. Their effect on me is only when I'm asleep - that's why I hardly remember any of the nightmares I've had.
