The Santa Claus movies have you seen part 3?

I have seen The Santa Claus 1 and 2 and the 3rd one comes out next week. Did anyone see the 3rd one the the theater last year? Is it as good as the first two?
Tim Allen does a great job playing The Santa Claus. I wonder if they will sell the 3 in a set that would be nice.
