Oh no the dreaded D-word..lol. Your best bet would be to go to the library and ask about and check out books about high protein diets. I can't believe it is getting to the end of the year so fast..almost time to start making that New Years resolution list that we rarely follow up with but make out every year. It is hard to find some foods that are all the things you want them to be like the low fat, cholesterol, carbs, sugar and calories.I went and did a little research online and here is what I found. High protein low-fat is Tuna in water, fish, beans, lowfat yougurts, lowfat milks, lowfat cereals, sea food, and also this something about a diet called the wellbeing diet that is supposed to be lowfat but high protein diet. might be somehting to look into. Good luck on your quest for losing weight.

A lot of fish tends to be quite low in anything but protein, and any lean meats (i.e grilled chicken, steamed fish etc), as well as plenty of vegetables, like green beans and courgette. Maybe you could also try some kind of food supplement, which would substitute the vitamins you need, and keep you healthy?
