quarell with your neighbor

have you ever have quarell with your neighbor because of stupid things? well, i did yesterday. i just put announcement not to turn on elecricity for drinking water together with electricity for general water in order to avoid down of electricity (i live in rented house). i put announcement coz i seldom in my house. guess what, someone just torn it. okay...be possitive, so i made another. then, its getting torn again. then i write down it to my wall just for reminder to everyone. and guess what, someone suddenly knocking my door hard and yelling to me. i just so shocked about that person. whats wrong in this person mind? why does the person so freak? coz of emotion that i cant hold on, then i started to yell it back. after few minutes, i just back to my logic. so i be silent and back to enter my house and thinking what the hell i was doing? its just embarassement action. now i m trying to ask apologize to my neighbor although i m not sure i was completely wrong. but my neighbor seem avoiding me. well, in my mind, okay just let it go. no need to thinking anymore. but for sure if i meet my neighbor later, i will ask apologize for the stupid quarell. honest, its still affect me little, thats why i decided to write it here. so do you have same experience with me? how you to handle it?

No, I never quarrelled with neighbours. Generally everyone is believes live and let live policy and one needs the help of others So we maintain such a good relationship with neighbours, for all our festivals we invite them and vice versa.

usually quarrell between neighbor happened between woman. mostly man can handle their emotion better than woman

I completely understand...but you should not be the one apologizing. No one should be ripping the signs down and then come and yell at you...that is ridiculous. I know all about crazy neighbors...we have had a lot...in fact we are dealing with one now. His kid keeps stealing xmas lights we put outside...

It is really bad on part of your neighbour. He should not have behaved rudely with you. You just wait and watch....let him give some time to make amends...if you see no improvement or change in his indifferent attitude, you can just talk to him and clear the misunderstanding. I just avoid getting involved with my neighbours...I am a peace loving person....LOL!

Hi and Hello plumwish.
I do have the same experience. I play ball(not a foot BALL) with my youngest brother. When I played my brother throw the ball and the ball was flying on my neighbor's head. My brother didn't mean to do that. He just 3 years old. I think it is not a big problem. But can you imagine, he came towards my brother and hit his head. I felt like I want to slap his face but I just 16 years old! How can I fight with a 27 man.
I keep patient. I took my brother inside. Hope my neighbor will calm. But he throw the ball and the ball hit my back! I took a shoe and throw it to his head. Then he shouted to me. I ran and tell my farther, my father got out, then they got quarrel for just a small ball. What a stupid neighbor! Now he move to new house just because we never talk after the WAR.

i have experienced it myself for several times...waahh..if you get involved into this kind of situation it is best to control your temper coz it might lead you to something worst...also being honest with your neighbors like telling them what you feel is a good thing to do...

as the note was to help you out I see no reason for it to be tore down so sorry this happened
And if a neighbor starts hollering at me I holler back and I dont feel bad about it and neer feel like I have to apologize for any thing for they started it.

I have similar experience but it was my sister who was having a problem with her neighbor. The house where my sister lives is hers and that neighbor was living in a rented one in the same estate. Their sons we playing and my sisters son accidentaly knocked the other one on the forehead, the son of the neigbor ran into their house but his mother was not in, he came back and hit my sisters son, so both boys were crying. When both mothers came home and heard the news my sister told his son not to be fighting with his friend when playing but the neighbor came to my sister's house dragging her son, she started insulting my sister telling her to keep her b****d away from her son, she asked my sister to give her money to take her son to hospital, surely it was just a small swelling and also my nephew was swollen. when my sister denied to give her the money ie 50 dollars termed as hospital bill the neighbor started a physical fight with my sister. My sister being humble she turned and banged her and locked herself and my nephew inside the house. From then, they are not talking to each other.

yes, it is stupid to quarell with your neighbor becasue of the small things. I beieve that most people have such quarelling experience with the people. but I think that this make the neighbor relationshipe worse. we should use the wise method to solve the prolem. Quarelling is not good to solve the problem.
