as I was surfing the web yesterday, I found this info very interesting it is not that I am very desperate to drive more traffic to my blogs but i want to learn more about this topic. can anyone of you share your experiences about this kind of service? is it legit?

I haven't heard of the particular service you are referring to but here are a few ideas to help you get more traffic to your blog:
1. Start with good, unique content on your chosen topic. Be sure to do a bit of keyword research so you can start getting organic search traffic.
2. Join some active forums that focus on the topic of your blog. Be sure to have a link to your blog in your signature file. Post thoughtful comments and you'll see some traffic from it.
3. Use social bookmarking sites to tag your posts. Also be sure to ping each post, as well.
4. Submit your blog to the various blog directories.
