i love her music, but I hate her

I loved her old style (although maybe she should have washed more ) and her old songs, when she sung live in 2003 However, she's become cocky, and tried to make a new image for herself because her name is dying out. But now even her steadfast fans don't like her and she's very unpopular. I don't like her anymore =/

I agree with you. I use to like her attitude back during her first two cds. She was different from the rest of the young artists out there. With her latest cd release she seems completely different.

She falls under the vast group of 'popstars' I know nothing about, aside from perhaps that she's into music... and maybe how her name's spelled. I have a friend who likes her music... at least I think so... Any of her music I've heard sounded like all the other stuff that's been coming out recently and left me rather unimpressed. But most current bands have that effect. Save a few who I find I like one whole song they do. I'm not sure even about her attitude or sense of style but if she's half as popular as the internet would suggest she's got a horrible attitude. Seems the more popular people get the more their ego goes out of control.

I have a love hate relationship with Avrila Lavinge. Her music really isn't that good but its catchy and I love it for some reason. She can't really sing and the music isn't very original. She's pretty much another pop singer. I really dislike how people see her as this punk-rock queen. She's not punk and she's not hardcore. She's married and got married in a frilly puffy white dress with blonde long hair..... nothing punk about that. I don't like how she has dancer now either. I saw a free show she put on and she brought the dancers with her. At least she plays the guitar.

I can't say that i hate her...but I just don't like her either...I mean before she got married she was so cool and so rebel...and now she's girlys .....yuuck...too pink..and now she's singing POP-punk ..... Recently she got that girly voice...whatever...I love some of her songs though

I only like the music. It makes the mind like the nature and more peace. But when I heard people like the singers I will notice their songs.

I don,t like all of her song. Some of her song are really cool. But I do ike her has a person. I love her rock princess attitude even if sometime I think she need to grow up a little bit.

5 years or so ago, she ranked among my most favorite singers. Her "Complicated" and "Happy Ending" still are among my favorites. But lately I've lost her. Maybe because I was exposed to so many genres and singers lately. She's good, and the lyrics of her song remains meaningful. But with regards to her personality, I really can't comment. I admire artists (writers, singers, painters, composers) based on their art, how they perform. Personality is not really my primary consideration.

Hello and Hi megumiart. I feel the same way too. Sometimes she acted like childish and didn't show her girlie. That is why I hate her. But her music is one of the most my favorite music. I love it so much. Suitable with youth like me and the music make me fall in love with. I will always love her SONGS. HAPPY LUCKY. **prettyhanan**

I like her style,her voice, i havnt watched much of her to know what her personality is like, but she seems okay to me... she could use a dentist app though.. get thoes fangs sanded down:)

I love her music and singing. She is one of my favorite. About her styles, yeh she keeps changing too much. But I really don't think about her style and attitude much, I just love her signing and music.

I think she's alright. I like some of her music, but I really don't care for her fashion statements. But to each his own as everyone says. That's her style and she is entitled to it, just as we are entitled to ours. I guess it kind of fits with her music and her image.

I love the old avril, but the new one? Her songs = bleh! Her old music, however, is great so overall I adore her music... and surely that's what music is about? TO be honest, I can't really judge her personality because I've only seen her in videos but she seems like a nice person in her older ones. And besides, I listen to her for her music, not personality and she can sing well and has some nice songs which help me relax so I'm a fan XD
