help should i let a woman with ms that iv never met have a child for me?

I received a phone call today from my husbands cousin telling me she wanted to have a child for me thats not the problem my husband doesn't trust her motives and thinks shes has a different motive and that i will get hurt and coned in the process this woman is going to do this for other familys who can't have childeren and she wanted to ask us first because she knows we've been looking in to it and adoption is just to costly i don't know what to think i want to this may be my olny chance and what about the legal part of it i would love to hear what you think
