What good habits are you holding right now?

Hi,everyone! We held some habits since we were very young.There're good and bad ones. So what good habits are you holding right now? Tell them to us and maybe we can learn from those:)

I am a traditional man,so I always keep my smile to everyone! I think that is my good habits. But when I back home, I like watching TV until midnight,it is too bad for my health.
