do you usually eat some food before going to bed?

I usually eat some food when I am hungry before going to bed,I know it is unhealthy and it may put on weitht,but I can not stand the feeling of hungry,so most of the time,I do not and can not control myself to eat something.what about you?

Not necessarily.. But yeah, smtimes, I do have a thing or two before going to bed.. Most of the time I go to sleep right after I have my dinner, but when I am awake even after dinner, then I have smthing before going to sleep, as I always feel the urge to have smthing till I fall asleep...

yes,maybe because I always stay up late,so I feel hungry after midnight,and then I will find something to eat.

Dinner is the last food i take before going to bed. I don't eat anymore after that. Becuase as far as i know, eating before going to bed also leads to nightmares. And accumulation of fats. And I eat dinner few hours before i go to sleep so everything is digested already.

We usually have dinner about 3 hours before going to sleep.Then i don't have anything to eat.Eating just before the sleep is not good as it leads to weight gain & indigesion.

My husband and I usually will take a little bit of food before going to bed, otherwise we will feel hungry at midnight. We find that by doing so we could sleep more soundly the whole night. We have tried several time not to take any food and went to bed straight away but sadly found that we really couldn’t fall asleep with empty stomach. Then we had to take the trouble to get up again to take some food in the kitchen.

In the past I would have night snack. Now it's different. I am busy with my child. My life has changed a lot because of a new member. So I don't have time to eat something before going to bed.

Hi angela. Give me five friend! Just like me. I always hungry after study at night before going to sleep so I take all the biscuits, breads and other cookies to my room and eat it while watching television. But I didn't get any overweight although I am doing it for five years. HAPPY LUCKY. **prettyhanan**

hi there i take proper meals before going to bed or else i cant sleep well. i need proper roti, veggie and dal and salad and a sweet,or desert ...or else my meal doesnt completes..i even like to have curd along with the food as a part of meal.

For me,a snack is needed every night.Because i have supper at 5:00pm, and go to sleep at about 11:00.Without the snack,it will be 14 hours till the breakfast next morning.I never indulge myself in eating.But Hunger force me to get something.Fortunately,I am healthy and slim.I do not have to worry about my stature. Have a nice day.

Yes,i usually have a cup of milk and some bread before going to bed.i usually go to bed at 11:00,and i eat the supper at 6:00 pm.so i always feel hungry at the bed time .so i will prepare some food .i don't think it is not healthy.

Yes, I do. I don't like going to bed hungry because I can't sleep. My family usually serve dinner at 7pm, and I go to sleep at 10pm. I'm already hungry at that time, so, I grab a sandwich and munch it before I go to bed.

I sometimes eat before going to bed. Why deny yourself and go to bed hungry only to lie there unable to sleep due to being hungry.

I often do that before. Like you we used to sleep very late and find myself and my husband to get some thing to eat in the wee hours and also right before going to bed. Until my acid reflux became so bad that I really had to go to a doctor. The doctor told me not to lie in bed until at least after two hours after a meal. So, I did try that. And it is helping. And I am also finding out that I am losing weight through it.(;
