I feel bad for you, as my daughter has the same problem. Any milk product makes her sick. Sorry I have no help. Wish I could. Did you try soy products?

try some lactose products, which I am sure you have. i know they make ice cream and yogurt and cheese. it might not taste the same but maybe if you eat it long enough you will never know the difference. i think they even make medicine too.

I am lactose intolerant, & so is my daughter & my husband. My husband is the worse, my daughter second & I am the least affected. You can not cure it. Mostly, lactose intolerance is genetic. It is quite easy nowadays in buying lactose fee products. We use lactose free milk. We only eat a low lactose cheese. My husband avoids icecream, but I can eat it occasionally. Don't make sauces with lactose in it.

Hi there. Soy products are good for those lactose intolerant and is very healthy. You can opt to use these in replacement of dairy products. Examples are soy milk and soy cheese. Yoghurt with live cultures I think is also good for lactose intolerant.

There is really not much you can do for it. My daughter suffered from it, I have suffered from it and all I can suggest is trying low lactose cheese, lactaid or soymilk, and read your packages. I don't know how advanced your intolerance is, but in mine and my daughters case we can have some things that contain moderate amounts and have little effect, but we have to be careful. I do love my dairy and I will suffer sometimes just to have some real ice cream. Other than that, I try to eat sorbet's or fruit based pops to calm my craving and still feel like I am eating ice cream. Most of the time it works.

Sorry you have to deal with this, You might want to try lactose alternatives. There is a milk alternative that is delicious it is named Lactaid and it truly tastes just like milk, you might want to try it
