What character did Dean (Jensen Ackles) play on Days of Our Lives?

Testing the fans of supernatural and Jensen Ackles. One of Jensen's first gigs was a role he played on Days of Our Lives (soap opera on NBC). I believe he was John Black's son, but I can't remember his name for sure. Does anyone remember that?

He was sweet, sweet Eric Brady. He is Sami's twin brother. That's when the fascination started. And hasn't stopped.
They bring him up in Days all the time. Well, they bring up Eric. I keep hoping he is just going to pop in one day. I want Jensen back though, not some other Eric.
