How long have you been at it?

I have only been at it in mylot for an hour and already I have a sore back and neck. I have a chiropractor appointment this afternoon, thank goodness, or I don't think I would be here tomorrow. How long can you post in mylot before your back gets sore? Does your back get sore?
The muscles in my neck are stiff. I am having a hard time holding up my head. After this discussion I think, I know, I have to go lie down or I will not make it through the day. Do you ever have this problem? Am I the only one with this kind of problem? Boy, and only an hour, I must of overdone it yesterday to be this sore today.

I spend a lot of time on the computer and I always go for breaks, even if it is to get up and get a coffee, go to the toilet or get something to munch while I'm hard at work, otherwise I get a stiff neck, and I always stretch my legs. I always make sure I am comfortable and have the correct posture, it is so easy to get cramp, or get painful muscles through sitting wrong. I find that if I move away from my desk every 30 minutes I can work throughout with relative ease.

oh boy that's bad. yes maybe you overdone it yesterday. I'm getting tired typing sometimes and then have to do something else before going back to the computer.
I hope you feel better after your appointment. my back and shoulder were sore today but from work, not mylotting. I had a few Advils and now it's not that sore

I have been out earning money since 9 this morning and I will be stopping for the day in about half an hour.
