How to handle your anger?

Man talk about rage. We did our normal sister bonding together by going shopping like mad. Crazy Black Friday sales all over town/city. We hit all the stores we want to hit first, we had a whole priority list done the night before. My sister got like four hour sleep and I got like 4 minutes of sleep. I wanted to be able to get whatever I can get online at the shops that let me do online shopping. Then whatever I didn't get or couldn't get I can do it in the morning. Morning I mean 2am gosh. People were going nuts. I saw a fight broke up right in front of me over a laptop. Now if you don't know who is right or wrong and they are looking at you to be the mediator, what would you say? I was next to them but hey I didn't have my brains with me. The lights are on buddy but hey no one is home lol. I was totally lost.

Having a baby? lol.... You're funny anyway... Well, if you can't figure out what the best way you can do to push out your stress, then I will helps you by an example. Okay, first sit peacefully. have a deep breath and try make your brain free. leave all your headache for a moment. Then think of something that you wanna do. something that you would like to do without listening to peoples comments. ask your heart. I have done it before and you know, I like to go swiming on the beach! I spent about 10 minutes thinking how beautiful it walking, running to the beach and swim with my loves one... At the end, I stop that dream and think, "why don't I finish all this job and go to the beach this weekend!". Sometimes, your goal will drives and motivates you to do your job. While your bosses always angry to you for something that you always done, why don't you think of this: "Who says I can't do this work, I'll show my boss what am I capable of!". Well, that's my opinions, maybe you're at different field and you know what you like and I know what mine. Good luck and have a nice day... merry christmas..................
