Feeling neglected?

There are times that we pass to a stage where we feel so down that you want to just forget the feeling but even though you tried, still you can't. It is such a worse feeling but what's more complicated is that you were misunderstood by other people just because of what you've done or have not done. As a result of that, you are left out and disregarded by those people. But sometimes, you need to be alone for you to realize that He is right by your side and waiting for your call. You just need to ask for help for you to be strong enough to face the unkind world you're in. When you feel so down, what are the things that you do to ease up the tension you're feeling? Personally, I release the tension and anything that's bugging me through writing poems and reading. It is a good medium to drain all the bad energy that is stored within you. Another way is to have a conversation to a friend whom you can tell anything under the sun. Someone who will just be there for you. Soomeone who will listen and will not hate you even if you've done the worst. We should all be thankful that we are living this life, even if it is too complicated.

There are times when I feel that way, and I hate having that feeling. It sucks. Always, there is a void inside you that noone can really fill it up. Sigh.

Hi fatal_ivory! Sometimes we get into that kind of situation wherein no matter what we do which we think is right is somehow not right to others or somehow displeases them or maybe made it worse for them. No matter how pure or good your intentions are, sometimes people would judge harshly and react negatively bnecause it may not suit them just fine. But as i know that in these times, we can always turn on to Him and in Him we will find strenght, comfort, love nad uinderstanding. So no matter how the world can be unkind, and no matter how sad i am, i turn on to Him and pray. Take care and have a nice day. :)

me, i usually go to the comfort room or my room and simply let out a cry alone ...... until i feel a little relieved... or sometimes i just somewhere alone..... get some fresh air :-)

I used to vry when I was mad or sad. I have not cried lately. It feels nice. I used to write alot of poems too to relieve stress. Now a days I find myself painting. It really helps.
