Roughly thirty million people are victims of hay fever. Another twelve million or so suffer reactions to allergens such as cat dander, dust mites, mildew and mold spores, grass pollen, sulfites and latex. Some allergies are an inconvenience for some producing symptoms such as sneezing, sniffling or itching. For others it can be life-threatening.
What is your allergy and what happens to you?

I have tons of allergies. I am allergic to many environmental things. Animals get me the most, then oak, pollen, grass, dust, mold, and the list goes on and on. I have a epi pen in case I have a really bad allergy attack that throws me into an asthma attack.

I am allergic to practically everything, even the sun and humidity! Most of my reactions are in my face! It swells up, turns beet red, gets real tight, itchy, burning, hurting, breaks out in red blotches and come the next morning, it starts to flake and peels! Nasty, hah! Heck, I can't even drink! Allergic to that too, dammit!!!!!!!

My allergies give me sinus headaches which lead to migraines. I am allergic to pollen, grasses, airborn stuff like smoke, mits, mildew, skin allergies to some detergents and jewlery. I have often said I need to live in a plastic bubble.

i have an allergy at cat dander, dust mites and mildew.
i suffer all the year, generally i have problems with my eyes... i have a cronic allergic conjunctivis. and in winter time i have some asthma! but i don't use medicins for allergy, just some collyrium for my eyes

i think i'm allergic to most things, i know i'm illergic to cats, dogs, hamsters, rabits, dust, applesand nuts, i also suffer from asthma, which is affected by mold spores, grass pollen, normal polllen which also cause me to suffer from hayfever. So i think your stats may be skewed by me

I am allergic to cats, I have seasonal allelrgies (managable with otc meds), I used to be allergic to milk, chocolate, and eggs when I was a child, thank god I have outgrown those.

Fortunately, I don't have any allergies that I know of. I'm lactose intollerant, but other than that, I'm not allergic to anything.

gosh.even i suffer from many allergies-dust,smoke,banana,chilled foods,old clothes,strong perfumes,incense sticks,early morning air,....the list wud go on.i have tough time stopping sneezing,and rubbing my nose.i get headaches also coz of it.

I don't but my hubby does.
He is allergic to lots of outdoor pollens etc., to him all of these cause sneezing (and alot of it !)
He is also allergic to peanuts, which causes him to break out in hives everywhere and his tongue and throat to swell.
He gets a smaller version of the same reaction from fresh peaches as well.
