Made the trip and did the comunication thing and all seemed to go well, but there was a lot of greif and baggage in store for me. NUMBER ONE- the pictures she sent were not of her for sure. I can deal with a few problems so I persued the date and tryed to finish in style, but when George showed up and I was let in on their big secret, I knew it was time to split. It just got worse after that and I'm lucky to come back intact.

i would never try online romances because so many things can go wrong because first of all you dont know if the picture you have posted is really theirs and second of all you dont know the way they really are because online discussions are easier to persuade people into liking you rather than in real life.

Boy, that must have been terrible! Yeah, a lot of fakes on the Internet. Women will make you fall in love, but then she only wants to hussle you up for money. But I'm sure there are also genuine people on the Net. You just had bad luck this time.

Hi cooljoker! I'm sorry to hear about your aborted romance. Sometimes, it's really difficult to fall in love and trust somebody we have not seen and known personally. They might just deceive us, intentionally or not. Unlike face to face encounters where you get to know the person slowly before you trust him with your whole life. It's good that you come out of it. haha.. man online dating sucks. My friend met his girlfriend online and they are really working out. I tried to go online to find a date and I got a message on my facebook from the police department saying the guy was wanted for skipping out on a court appearance. He had been charged with forceful confinement and was a danger to women, especially ones he met on the internet.
3 days later I saw an article about him in the local paper..
SO I don't do internet dating.

next time when u start tlqaking heavily to someone be like.. take me a pic with a paper in your hand with my name on it:)..
then if she produces one u know she is real and if not she isnt...works pretty good:) goodluck
