What's your learning style?

I just started a new job on the 16th of November and the first 3 days are training days. They don't require you to do any kind of work, it's actually more job shadowing. I have worked 2 days so far and tomorrow night is my 3rd night. I am a visual/hands on learner, and I'm not going to just sit back and watch tomorrow. They are paying me to work and that's what I want to do! So, this brings me to my question to you: What is your learning style? How would you handle this situation?
