Are you bored with your life....?....

Do you often catch yourself asking your spouse, friend or children "do you remember when......" and then think back to then and smile? Do you miss those days or have we just gotten older and they seem to stay in our memories. They must have been good times if you want to remember when....
Just how old are we when this starts to happen? Is it because we miss the old days or are we just bored with today?

I'm not sure when this starts to happen, and I don't think it's because we are bored with our life. I think it's because we have had some great memories and it's fun to think back on those events, it's also how I stay close to my grandparents, whom are deceased now.

I wouldnt say I was bored, but I sure would like to accept how things are. Yes in previous years things were a little better than they are now, but Im still blessed with things and Im happy most times. lol I get in my moods and feel the whole world is against me.
I do remember a time where I dont recall any worry or stress and wish that things would go back that way. They must have changed for a reason though. I think Im just bored with today Kowgirl. And in advance Im bored with tomorrow too. *sigh*

I wouldn't say I am bored with my life, but I do a lot of "remember when". I think I was more secure back then and felt more in control. My life could take me in any direction I wanted it to go. Now, with two small children, I feel that I have to make a better life for them. It is a scary time. We can't go back, but at least we can try to capture the feeling of those times.
