Do you have different sleeping habits?

I sucked my thumb till I was 21 years old. Also ever since I can remember I always had a blanket that had a satin strip on top. I would suck my thumb and rub the satin strip when I was in bed or even laying out on the couch. I don't suck my thumb anymore, mainly because I got a bridge put in to replace the crowns I had since I was 12 when they got kicked out. Once the bridge was in my mouth would hurt after a night of sucking so I just stopped cause it hurt so much. But I still rub that satin strip of my blanket when relaxing. A comfort thing.
I love a blanky and all my kids have them too but none of them ever sucked their thumb or rubbed their blankies.
Do you have any sleeping habits that are a little different? Am I alone in the blanket rubbing technique of relaxation?

I sucked my thumb until I was 15 years old. It was a nasty habit. I didn't go for the satin edge of a blankie though. I liked the corners of pillows. I would squeeze them till I was satisfied. I haven't done that for years. My comfort thing now, is my feather pillow. I can relax and sleep so good with it.

Thanks sherri101. Though I had more years of sucking in, it is nice to know I wasn't alone. It is a nasty habit but it did the trick at the time.

I used to piss on bed till iwas 7 ..but later it all stopped ..now i sleep completely rugged inside the blanket for cold..and to feel more cozy..

My son wet the bed till he was 8. Yeah I like lots of blankets to feel nice and cozy too. Thanks

I always have to sleep with something I can hold, like a stuffed animal or pillow. I always ahev 2 or 3 stuffed animals on my bed.

My daughter sucked her two middle fingers till she was 16. I don't rub a silky blanket for relaxation, but I like to sleep with a soft and fluffy stuffed animal.
I once had a stuffed Bozo the clown doll and when you twisted his big red nose it played a song. I would twist his nose again and again until I fell asleep. I still miss that doll!
