hi I have been suffering from sinusitis on and off since my teens. i also get blocked sinusitis head aches when I take anti histamine medicine for my dist allergy..my nose stops running, i stop sneezing etc ..but my sinuses end up blocked and i end up with headaches. Something simple like not drying my hair thoughoruly or coming into an air conditioned room when i come in from the heat outside can lead to terrible headaches.. anyone got a an alternative to the normal medicines ..i hate taking them..and im sure the side effects will start showing if ii sue them long term..

Hi! I live in a very cold place.Everyone at home has sinusitis.I think its the climate. The moment I wake up the first thing that I do very religiously is to have an inhalation. This really works. It clears your nose block and makes you feel alot better.I do not take any medicines.if I inhale then I find I do not have headache. This is a very safe treatment.Keep inhaling everyday and see the difference.Hope it works for you as it does for me.Get well.

Hi enigmatic, I was told tht there is no western med for sinusitis. If you ask me, I'd say take Gano - red mushroom. I hv treated old n young people who has been suffering from sinusitis for years. They hv tried so many things but no long term results. After taking Gano for a week, they experienced less sneezing n runny nose. After a month they were almost completely healed. I treated a 6yr old boy early this yr. He has been suffering from sinusitis since he was a few months old baby. And when he goes to kindergarten, whenever there is a sick child in school, he will come home sick. His mom tried giving him many types of nutritions to improve his immunity but all results were short term. After I explained bout how gano treats the body, his mom let him try gano. He started to release more mucuos n phlegmfrom his nose n throat. After 2 days he stop having phlegm n mucuos. The recovery duration depends on how severe the sinus is but the longest is 7 days. You can get gano from your country.
