Can’t you eat a healthy meal at the fast-food restaurant?

Yes, I feel you can enjoy this so called “junk food” as long as you make your selection carefully.

for me, no.If you want healthy food you must eat in a real restaurant.Fast food is not good for the health when you eat always.I prefer to cook at home than to eat in fast food.

I prefer home made food than fast foods. I think most of the fast food are good for taste and bad for health because they contains lots of calories. Now a days most people prefer fast food as they are very tasty and need not need time to spend time for making food at home. The only thing I like from outside is dosa and masala dosa. I also like different fruit juices from outside restaurants.

yes, the fast food restaurants in this country have added healthy options to their menu. I can get a green salad with a lowfat vinegrette dressing... I can choose grilled chicken instead of breaded and fried, I can choose an asian dressing on the chicken instead of mayonaise or better yet, have that chicken on the salad and save myself from the added carbs of the bread. I can choose a low fat frozen yogurt for desert breakfast menus are more difficult but flap jacks without butter or bagel without butter are good choices always ask that your buns or other breads not get buttered because some places butter all the breads.
