Any Thoughts On Helium?

I finally joined Helium today. The site looks pretty good. There are many categories to write about. Is anyone here writing for them? Because I still have a few questions. Like: How much do you make on one article? And how do you rate other people? I tried to rate someone today and couldn't. Also I wanted to have my own tital for an article I wanted to write. How long does it take to be approved? Also has anyone been paid by them yet?

I am not sure I can answer all of your question , but I would those I know, ok? So i am memebr of helium too and maybe I didn't earn much yet, but also I don't write very regularly. I knwo many peopel who got paid from them and also know the lady who get paid from them every month. i think it was just patient and hard work. yeah maybe you need to promote your articles too, but also when someone will like you writing they might just start looking for your name and you will got promoted by yourself. I wish you good luck.

I joined but not had many opportunites at getting some more articles out. I haven't earned much yet and I'm not real sure how to promote it exactly. Promoting isn't exactly my strongest suit. As for how long it takes, it can take a few days just for a new topic. If you're writing however something on a subject that you want to cover, then it should be published right off the bat. It takes a while to earn on your own but you gotta get referrals I think to help make it easier.

I'm not good at getting referrals, but I do like to write. I think I have many things to write about. Also I have somewhat of a lot of time on my hands at my job that will allow me to sit and write.

I am on helium. The more you write the more you make. The higher the rankings of your articles, the more you make. Keep writing. Take advantage of leap frogs (your articles will get read more and they have to rate them). I have over 22 articles and have only been on since October 10. I am doing fairly well. I have 3 people signed up under me. I don't send a referral out for Helium unless I know the person is into writing. I do have a helium banner on one of my blogs that I encourage people to check out and have gained one referral that way. Making money on helium takes a bit longer as they do not give you a set pay per article like some other online companies do (send me a PM for a referral to one of those) but they do pay and they have opportunities in marketplace that I really really like. Its fun to find an article and see if I can write it up to the editors standards for a magazine. Plus it gets you noticed which is a nice thing too. Good luck and keep writing. :)

Well I'm going to try it and see how it goes. I wrote one article in the recipe section to try it out. I am gonna try and write some stuff on my weekends at work. I have time on my hands sometimes.
