Thanks for your response. I love my mom's potato salad, but I can't seem to make it as good myself even when I follow her recipe.

I love my slow cooker !!! I put frozen chicken in and wholla in a few hrs. Its nice and moist . Shred it and put it in flour tortillas or wraps with the green mexican sause(sorry cant think of the name ) with cheese and whatever else you like make sure you have refried beans on the side. Another dish is fritto boats = fritto corn chips, chili beans, cheese, sour cream and gaucamolie with black olives put in a bowel and there you go!!!!

It seems like I rarely cook anymore because I am sick of cooking the same things. But when I do cook, I often make lasagna. Some of my other favorites are homemade macaroni and cheese, shrimp basilico, chicken parmesean and shrimp scampi.

There are some decent meal in a bags that have been coming out. Most of them are chinese food variations; stir fry, orange chicken, kung pao shrimp (or chicken, since you don't like shrimp!), etc, but there are also some good pasta ones.

I know exactly what you mean. I am so sick of cooking that I usually just make something quick and easy. It all sounds good to me except for the shrimp, I'm not a fan of seafood.

Seven layer bean dip is the favorite of the house! But it can be as many layers as you like and my partner likes to add meat to his. It is qiuck and easy. Spread beans, meat(if you like it), sour cream, gaucomole, tomatoes, cheese, Pace, and spanish rice. Once you have this all on one plate, throw some chips in a bowl and there you go! It is the favorite in the house and some like to crush their chips in it. But it is up to you! Wow! Now I am hungry!

I make a homemade stir-fry that's way easy. Brown chunks of steak in a little oil, add 2 bags of frozen oriental styled veggies, sprinkle with the flavor packet of your favorite ramen noodle flavor, and cook until hot. Serve over rice or oriental noodles and whaa-laa, dinner's done.

I love penne vodka, and I change it around but having it plain, or adding salmon or pepperoni. Both make excellent, but very different tastes.

My family's favorites: Hungarian Pot Roast-Italian Chicken & Dumplings (Gnocchi), Turkey with Italian sausage stuffing (my own), Chicken Cordom Bleu, Steak Diane, Salad with my own Italian dressing and all kinds of soups, to name a few. All my children and grandchildren cook-both sexes. All of our holidays and special occasions center around food...That's Italian! Grandy3
