are you that type who say what you feel? or hold on and think before saying anything? because of being frank did you hurt anybody already? what happened? if you are not frank, dont you have any feeling that you must have said something but now it was too late?

I personally prefer to try and be as tactful as possible when I'm talking to other people - if there's an awkward subject that needs to be broached, or if someone's done something to upset me, then I try my best to be polite about it, but I do tend to avoid confrontation.

I try to convey my feelings to others, so as not to hurt their sentiments. I do not tell others their weak points bluntly on directly. Sometimes, I cannot hold my thoughts and straight away say, whatever I wish to ......however, later on I feel, I should be more diplomatic in my approach. I am still learning the art of diplomacy. Good Post!

Yes. I am a forthright person. I like to be frank. According to my friends, I am too frank at times. Many times, I talk before I carefully think through. I just say whatever that comes true my mind. I guess I need to learn to think through carefully before I talk and to be more tactful. This is especially important in the working world.

Most of the time I think first before blurting out anything, especially if I dont know the person very well. (the case is different though when its really important).I dont want to create conflicts later on. But when I know that person really well, like for example my family or my closest friends, I say what I think frankly. Especially when I know what I have to say will help them.

well im frank and not at the same time....its hard for me to distinguished the line that im standing right now...i mean maybe im in the gray line. anyway, its hard to conclude by just digesting a few sentences...i mean there are millions of perspective for a word...how much more for a sentence? so i think i have to ask and ask until it leads to a narrow item.
