My son got two teeth in two days, then no more for about 3 months. Then he got 4 more within 2 weeks. You could give him a cold teething ring to chew on, or put a wet washcloth in the freezer for a little while, then let him chew on it. Sometimes rubbing the gums helps, if he will let you. If it gets really bad at night and he can't sleep, a little Tylenol before bed will help. Cold fruit to eat can help, too. Other than that, some cuddles and patience.

There is a bottle of teething tablets at wal mart for 6 dollars I think, not sure. But they dissolve instantly, you will find them in the baby section. They work so good.

I varies from baby to baby when they get their teeth. My daughter got her first tooth at 4 months, and her second at 5 months. She did not get another tooth for 3 months. When she was 8 months she got 2 more. She is not 10 months old and popped 3 teeth just this past week all at the same time. She now has a total of 7 teeth. Try giving him something cold to chew on like a teething ring that has been left in the fridge. Tylenol if he is really miserable. I only give my daughter Orajel as a last resort.

I have a 13 month old daughter and most of her teeth came in as pairs. Every child is different though. I use Teething Tablets from Hyland's Homeopathic. I get them at Wal-Mart for around $5.00. They just dissolve in your childs mouth. Also I use liquid benadryl and rub it on her gums. Good luck. Have a great day.
