the Philippines has a number of couriers which you can send your package with. FedEx, UPS, DHL, LBC, and a bunch of other courier services. i think the local post offices also allow packages. c",)

repzkoopz is right. do check out those couriers he mentioned. it's easy and i think, coming from outside it would be cheaper for you rather than sending from the philippines to another country. why not join your wife next time and visit the philippines? i'm sure you'll enjoy it here (just be careful in choosing your hotel....hahahaha...in light of the recent political drama at the manila peninsula...)

do you have a bldg. in Davao City? Do customs have a tax fee if it is just 2.5kg (small package)?

It seems like you could buy more medicine before she goes which would be better than shipping. If you can't get more medicine, then I would recommend shipping it to her via UPS or Airmail. Sometimes those charges fees when she will get it (custom fees!) Therefore, I think the easiest would be to order extra before she goes. Pablo
