What's your favorite version of healthy fast food?

One of my favorite home cooked "fast food" recipes would be tuna fish salad. It's home made and healthy, at least it is, when you use my secret recipe. Well, it's not really so secret. Most times, I try to go easy on the mayo, as that is very fattening. And, I add about four to six ounces of canned salmon, which has heart healthy Omega 3's. The best part is that it doesn't have to be cooked. Sometimes I use onion, chopped celery and even shredded carrots or serve it over a bed of romaine lettuce with low fat ranch dressing. What's your favorite home cooked "fast food" recipe. Which recipe can you make up in mere minutes that is also super healthy and stores easily in your refrigerator?

I don't know if this counts but I love me some salad. I hate that vegetables and stuff don't last long in the fridge but I love to buy salad stuff. Sometimes I make what I like to call the "ghetto version of a salad" which is bean sprouts instead of lettuce. Basically that's it. ha ha. Cause you can save money by buying individual salad pieces rather than the bagged salad, I think, and so you just buy bean sprouts. they last a little longer and are much easier to handle and clean and stuff than a head of lettuce. Actually sometimes just some bean sprouts and salad dressing are yummy too!

Same here. It's almost always what I get even when I go out to dinner. I probably eat it more often than anything else, except maybe pizza.
