Tequila - Variety bottles of Tequila

There is no worm in tequila. It's in mescal, a spirit beverage distilled from a different plant. And it's not actually a worm, but a butterfly caterpillar (Hipopta Agavis) called a gurano. I didn't know that. WOW

I used to love margaritas (made with tequila), but I always checked out the bottle to make sure nothing was creeping around inside. LOL. I don't drink now because I have diabetes, but I wouldn't want to see a worm or a caterpillar or anything like that in a bottle of booze.

I didn't know that either. I can't imagine drinking anything with a bug in it.
